Most recently, Jason was a partner and member of the founding team at Dynasty Financial Partners in New York City, a leading wealth management consulting firm and technology platform: serving over $40 Billion in client assets. There, he spent over ten years traveling the country coaching financial advisors on how to build their own practice, including consulting around investment process, technology selection, compliance best practices, cybersecurity, and many other areas. The process involved spending time with advisors, their support staff, and many of their clients to develop knowledge and understanding of the perspectives of all parties in order to improve the overall experience.
